Note that

  • You need to buy a bus ticket (costs 2540 JPY) before riding the bus.  The ticket can be purchased at the air  terminal.  Ask at the information desk where to purchase the bus tickets.
  • Tsukuba Center is not the final stop; The buses go to Tsuchiura JR Station
  • There are two terminals at Narita Airport.  The buses go through the two terminals.  Allow about 5  minutes time difference for the departure time of the buses at the two terminals.

  • For a bus from Tsukuba to Narita it is recommended to buy a ticket (at least) one day before your bus. A ticket can be purchased at the ticket counter at Tsukuba Center.
